Go here if you like driving Nissan Versas! No matter what size car you rent they will try to put you in a hatchback. Some of the employees are super awesome but I don't like this branch or the company.

This was my first time to Nashville, and even though I had a reservation with another rental company for weeks (*cough* ALAMO *cough*), they didn't have a car for me when I arrived after midnight. I was also told that I'd have a hard time finding a car anywhere else. The next morning, I called everywhere, but this Hertz location was where I found a car. One of employees told me over the phone when I was stressing about finding a car, "Don't worry. We got you." And they really did! Even though they were busy, I was in and out in 15 minutes. They were all very polite. They saved me and my daughter's trip!

I had to rent here through StateFarm and have told the company not continue their partnership due to extremely poor customer service. I unbeknowingly opted into extra insurance without them explaining all the details. I felt completely blind sided. Also, I was given a car that was out of service and broke down on me for which I had to wait three and a half hours for a tow truck, which they initially sent the wrong type of truck. Then they dropped me off at the airport which was not the initial location I got the car. Finally, I can never get a hold of their location on the phone. Their employees were extremely rude and unprofessional when I did speak with them the few times they answered. Avoid this location at all costs.
