Reserved a vehicle online and two days later got a voicemail that said they did not have enough passenger vehicles to accommodate my reservation. There were no other vehicles meeting my needs in town. It worked out to my benefit though. I found the same rental at the airport Alamo for half the price ($300 for a week minivan rental vs $616.) It was quicker, easier, and I didn't have to wait in line. Never again!

This location is horrible with organization. I reserved a mid-size vehicle to drive out of state for the weekend. The reason I reserved a mid-size was to save money on gas. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was told there weren’t any mid-sized vehicles. I thought RESERVING it would prevent that. They decided to upgrade my rental to a Jeep Cherokee which resulted to me returning it an hour later due to a faulty dashboard. When I returned the vehicle they offered me a full- size SUV which took away the whole cause of renting a small vehicle. I politely asked for my refund and the clerk acted like he was insulted by my decision. Not my fault Enterprise doesn’t know how to reserve vehicles properly and I’m not going to pay for a vehicle with dashboard faults. Rather spend my money somewhere else.

I rented the car through the weekend deal (online).  I was contracted 3 days at $12.99 for each day and 100 miles for each day.  I went over by 210 miles which was fine because my total would have been $85.??, At check out, they changed things up so that I was charged for 2 days at $12.99, which meant that I would only get 200 miles...instead of the 300 which was in the contract when I rented the car.  This meant that they could charge me .20 at 310/miles instead of .20 at 210/miles.  I am a finance major but simple math would tell one that the initial contract was the better deal.  I ended up paying an extra $14 more than I would have, had they stuck to the original rental agreement.  Of course I tried showing them my confirmation page...but they basically brushed me off as if they were doing me a favor by not charging me for the 3rd day (but more in mileage charges).  The female that checked me out constantly spoke over me in a dismissive and very disrespectful manner during my attempts at explaining why the way they changed things was costing me more. The manager was nicer but still didn't take in what I was saying...even though it was right there in black and white on my reservation (3 days at $12.99 with "300" miles to use).  I'm not sure if their computer is set up differently from the information that's given online or not, but it was clear what my contract was for when I checked the car out...so why change it when I check the car in.  Thank God I had the extra money...what if they were to do this to someone who didn't.  SMH.

This branch has and continues to always go out of their way for me.  Their manager recognized me from his old location where he went out of his way for me there (even staying late after the store closed until I was able to get to his store).  He provided the same superior service as before and his staff went above and beyond.  I will always recommend enterprise and this location.  Thank you for helping me in a time of need!
