This place is a joke. I reserved a car for my wife online to use to drive to Ohio to see me. She had gotten off work at five and had just enough time to make it here before close. They then told her they did not have any cars available but they had a SUV left. She asked if it would be the same price as the car we originally reserved. They would not discount it and was rude about the whole ordeal. Any other option would be better I would not use this place unless it was a last resort!

FANTASTIC!!!!! My Uncle passed away. I needed to get home. (Childhood home). I went online. It was so easy!! I picked up the car. Super great people got all the paperwork right. I can not thank Hertz rental enough for what it meant to me to be with my family at a very difficult time! Thank you again!!!!

The employee name Jeff is a great worker and is great at what he does patient's when waiting for service helps great place affordable prices

I've rented from this location several times. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and delivers great service. On my last visit Tahji (spelling) was exceptional. He went above and beyond for me and I was very pleased.

Booked the vehicle through hotwire. No info for change of policy for Sunday dropoffs now I'm being charged for an additional day by Hertz. Honor the agreed price Hertz. Never again will I use Hertz rental vehicle. I'll tell family and friends to do the same. Very dishonest and deceitful.
