I rated this location 8 months ago with 5 stars at the time it truly were for me because of the two young ladies that were there Christy, and Tracy very nice good customer service but that new manger they have there know nothing about customer service or how to treat people in general I seen her just go off on a elderly person and I didn't like that at all nor how I have been treated by her so we moved our business to the blue Island location and once again we are happy as a person, business, and customer thanks to Herman

I would like to add to my previous review. Since that unfortunate incident, all the ladies working there have really made things better. They have put in the extra effort to help me find vehicles each time. Crystal is now my go -to-girl now.

This location should honestly be closed. Didn't have my car ready. She didn't even start looking for another for me until I called. 2 hours after opening. Then Crystal finally gets back to me just before closing saying she has something. I didn't k ow they closed at 1 on Saturday. Nor did she tell me this the entire day of talking on phone. She finally then says since I live 5 min away shell wait for me. I got there 2 min before we discussed and she wasn't there. This location ALWAYS has problems.

I have never had a problem with getting a car from this location. All the ladies are very nice and helpful.

When I got there even with two people there I had to wait like over 30 minutes. From the time I got there and got out driving off in my car was over 40 minutes. There was only me and another person in there. Dropping off was not so bad as time. But the girl tried telling me I had damaged the car. Even with the sheet that showed the damage marked down when I picked it up. I would suggest you join the Gold Program so you have express pick up and drop off. As well as take photos of the car when you pick it up as well as drop off just in case. Also walk around the car before you take it noting all the damage. Besides making the sheet have the clerk also write what is on your car on the sheet.
