Been renting from enterprise for over 20 years and even bought a car from them. I have been renting from the South Holland location for about 9 of those years. My sales person customer service rep is Raven and she is new to the enterprise. I appreciate her customer service, and wish her the best of endeavour in her career with the company. She also has a great group of coworkers backing her up when she needs questions answered or assistance. Keep up the good work and let me know when you all need to have cars rented off the lot.

(Record whole walk thru but be though they will scam on return) 

I hit a deer needed a car so my insurance put me thru to enterprise, enterprise put my thru the the south holland brach . This is my first time rent a vehicle so I completely new to what’s happening I get there they tell me they only have one car and the car was a gas guzzler. So I drive for uber with out my car I can’t take trips so I sat at home 90% of the time. I know I did want to trade it and get a different one. So came to exchange cars and the woman there there tells me she needs to fill a claim for the license plate light and a dent in the back bumper she claimed I hit something even thru the clips were completely removed

 (long story short set me up with a broken car and told me I had to pay for it worst experience every never returning)
