I cannot say enough good things about my experience!  I booked a cargo van for an interstate move, only to get a call a day prior to our vehicle registration date that the van promised to us was returned damaged by its previous renter.  They provided us a brand new, larger 15 foot box truck, and applied a discount as well for the so called "inconvenience".  Even though their pricing for trucks is in a different per-mile bracket, they kept us with the original rate promised to vans.  This allowed us to stay within our desired budget while giving us more cargo space in exchange for the mild inconvenience of driving a bigger, more cumbersome truck.  

They never once tried to upsell us or ask for a new quote, and made sure that the stressful time of moving wasn't made worse by a last minute change of plans.  Even with the need to return the vehicle to the location I rented it from, I saved SO much more money than I was quoted by competitors.  Their in person service was thoughtful, to the point, and absolutely no nonsense, and their follow up phone call was attentive as well.  This may sound silly, but I don't think I have ever spent money better. Service, service, and more service - thank you Enterprise.

I keep calling  for a pic up for more than a hr and no anser .I am still wating no anser . This is a major inconvenience. . I am losing money . Wating for them to anser the phone . And to come and pic me up . It is 10:15 now . And this is my 3rd time calling . Have bein hung up on 2 times . What a major inconvenience . It is 10:25 and still no anser . I am going to have to use uber to get to my car rental. It is 10:29 and they picked up the phone .. great costumer service.  Very polite. . They said they would come and pic me up in 15 minutes . Just got pice up 10:51  great guy picking me up funny . Mike
