I rented a vehicle for two days, was charged for three days, while only actually driving it for one day. When I was getting ready to use the vehicle on day 2 I noticed the plates were expired by 4 months! Obviously I wasn't comfortable driving after this, so i only drove it again to return it. Talked to a manager and he said "Wow, never seen that before." He proceeded to tell me he made a note of this in the system and that I would be getting a call on Monday. Haven't heard from anyone at Enterprise...just an email with a receipt overcharging me for an extra day. Terrible experience, very unprofessionalI, and put me at a high risk of getting pulled over by the police. Not to mention the car had North Carolina plates. I expect this to be corrected in the form of a refund and/or credited future rental days if Enterprise wants to keep my business. Unacceptable.
