Great service by everyone in that office,  very helpful and went above and beyond what I expected.

I wish I had read the reviews before I rented from this place. Although I did not meet anyone from this location, I called to reserve a car for the Las Cruces airport (which I do all the time at small airports). The car was there as expected, with the paperwork for the amount that I was expecting to pay. But, when I received the charges via email, there was an additional $50 "customer curbside return" charge which no on over the phone nor on the paperwork in the car had mentioned.

Horrible experience. The reception guy was extremely rude and sarcastic. Tried calling them 10 times and no answer. If you need to rent a car in the last cruces area go to Avis located in the mall, Better and faster service there.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. They over charged my husband by 70 dollars. Online it shows 80 dollars for 3 days, unlimited miles (and obviously I'd allow for some wiggle room as taxes vary etc). My husband walks in and they try and charge him over 200 dollars for the same days. Since he needed to rent the car asap and go because he was on a tight schedule, he dropped a day in the agreement and was charged 155. Still A LOT more than 80! When I called the company, Hertz stated that he was charged more per day because he DIDN'T rent for the full 3 days and chose 2 days instead. As I previously stated, they were going to charge him over 200 if he would have done that, so that excuse is invalid. Then the guy on the phone tells me that if we would have booked online we would have gotten the cheaper rate because it was an online booking instead of a walk in. So now he's telling me we are getting over charged 70 dollars because we didn't book online first? This company sucks and so does their customer service. Will NOT be renting from them again.
