Both gentleman were patient, helpful, and understanding. The rates are excellent and the service the same. After return: A stellar experience. Rented a vehicle for a month and traveled 6,000 miles without incident. Return was easy and everyone I dealt with here pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend. I have now rented cars on numerous occasions. The people in this store are always very helpful and accommodating. STILL highly recommend.

Our car was waiting for us upon arrival at the local airport. Events occurred while in Alamogordo which led to us having to use the car an extra hour and then we made arrangements to drive it back to Arizona. Then we were able to fly home and we left the other car at the airport also. All of the wonderful people at the Enterprise office went beyond for us and we were not charged for all that extra hassle. It was the BEST car rental experience I have ever had. Thank you

reserved on-line & confirmation indicated to go to airport counter or call. Alamogordo airport terminal is closed so I made the call. Enterprise brought the car to the FBO and picked it up there as well. Very good service
