After an absolutely abhorrent experience with Hertz down the road, we decided to walk to this Enterprise. And thank the stars we decided to. We told the nice man about our horrible experience with Hertz which left us stranded. Even though it was same-day they got us a really nice vehicle. This car was nicer and better priced than what Hertz was trying to give us. I HIGHLY recommend here. They discuss all fees up front and are willing to work with your situation. Hertz has so many hidden fees and will absolutely find ways to charge you up. Enterprise is hands down the place to be. You've just gained a lifelong customer!

I showed up to pickup my rental car and they told me there are none available. I was told they tried to call me, but I have no voicemail message. I tried twice to call them before I arrived and couldn’t get through. We are on our own trying to figure out what to do. We have used this Enterprise location multiple times over several years with good results. I don’t recommend it now.

Hailey at this location told me that even with my insurance setting up a rental for today with a pick up, they wouldn’t be able to accommodate either.

I have rented many times from Enterprise at this location, and they are always, friendly, professional, and responsive, and my most recent experience was no different.  Brianna and the team had a car available when I needed it, made it a free upgrade, extended the contract with no hassle when my own vehicle was not ready at the shop, and gave me a ride to the dealer when I did turn in the rental.  Car was clean, comfortable, and roomy--it easily accommodated myself and four college men and their luggage 2-3 pieces each!.

My husband had to have a rental due to his car being repaired. We had returned the car on the 22nd and our repair shop was covering for the last few days of payment. The manager from the repair shop spoke to their manager letting them know this. I have repeatedly spoken to them and they claimed they will fix the issue but they are still attempting to charge me for the car that is already paid for. How many times do I have to call in to get this fixed?

JG was awesome when we picked up! Fast and efficient. Loved the hair. Then when we dropped off, Justin?, the young man with spiky hair and the slick sparkle loafers; was incredible! Polite and to the point! We drove a 2024 Toyota Corolla! It was an awesome car!

They are very pleasant on the phone. It is easy to schedule here but plan to wait even if you've given them plenty of notice.

Wonderful Customer Service by Josh and Robert!   Josh was able to adjust my reservation at the last minute and I witnessed Robert dealing with other customers and was quite impressed....Love Enterprise and these two gentlemen!!

Really terrible customer service. I tried to call multiple times yesterday to change a reservation, and nobody answered the phone, ever. I called this morning to try again, still no answer. I decide to just go into the store, where they're 100% empty and they had the worst possible excuse for not answering. Then they refuse to take the myco app ID which the state of colorado has deemed legal identification.

Robert is amazing!  He was a pleasure to work with, made sure we were happy with our rental and truly went the extra mile to make sure we felt appreciated as a customer. The rental Expedition performed perfectly, we named him Freddie and he got us everywhere we needed to go in comfort and style. Pick up and return was a breeze; we even got some help dropping our vehicle off for its regular service in motor city!! Automotive is a tough business and these folks have it handled!  Great job!!!
