I relunctantly rent from here because it’s the most convenient location for me..... but I’m always tempted to drive 30 mins out of my way to find a hertz. 3 of the 4 cars I’ve had from them have been dirty, and smelled of smoke. Additionally they take forever to issue your car and to return it. I’m used to expedited great service. While their customer service is good- their prices for what you get are a slap in the face.

I rented from here on 11/22 after a and coming in the last minute to rent but max took good care of me gave me the best deal free upgrade I will be an definite repeat customer love there 5 star treatment of there customers and service is the best also thanks to Reggie and Kristen for there help as well and friendliness as well best location ever. I will forever be an long time customer if there’s and this is the best location to rent from been going here for 3 months now and will be an lifetime customer shout out to max and his Team Reggie Kendra Kyle and all others you guys are the best and treat ever customer with respect and great positive attitude

Love the folks at this location.  It is always very busy but they do their best to take care of customers quickly and courteously.  Most recently we had reserved a vehicle for a trip and the class of vehicle was not available.  We got an upgrade for no extra charge and they followed up to make sure we had a good trip.  This location is the best one in Baltimore.

This place is the place to go to when you need a rental! Great customer service and way better than other locations. I use them all the time and Never got disappointed. They surprised me couple of times with better vehicles than What i thought I was getting, never got overcharged for what they promised me with, and again best customer service ever!!!!

My experience with Enterprise located at 2630 Sisson St. was absolutely excellent, I was well taken care of,  and was in and out without any issues at all. Thank you very much, and look forward to my next visit.
