I have been a Enterprise renter since 2009.  I seen management change over and over, but they have consistently maintained a professionalism that surpasses a lot of companies in the same business.  I would like to give a shout out to my representative, who was Andrew.  Andrew made sure that I was happy and satisfied with all aspects of the company and the service provided.  THANKS ANDREW. Reserving, picking-up, and dropping-off were all easy and efficient processes. I love that they offer a discounted gas rate if you pre-pay. Everyone was professional, and they even dropped me off at home after returning the care. While the color of the car was a little bright, it was fun to drive and a overall, a great experience. Will definitely be using Enterprise at this location again!

Our car was towed away and we asked another local enterprise place and got a persimmon letter on Saturday to get our car back. The assistant manager was so helpful at the other store and we got the letter.  But the staff in the impound lot said we need a signature on the letter. We waited too long on the line of the store we called. So we called this local store instead. Their assistant manager said he couldn't give us a letter until Monday, which was apparently not true. We already got the letter from another store and all we needed was a signature. This assistant manager is just too lazy to do that. He doesn't care that we are standing in front of the car lot for two hours. We r paying for the fee and trying to take care of their rental car. All we need is a simple fax with one sentence and a signature. He's very inattentive, very uncaring. very unreasonable and we customers r not treated right. On the other hand, the other store assistant manager  helped us sooo much and we really appreciated her help to save our trip from this accident. So I gave one star and glad I didn't visit this store who doesn't care customers. 

Adding to this story, under the help of ANOTHER local store's manager, we got our car and saved our trip. We were thankful to them. We didn't wait UNTIL MONDAY.

My reservation was transferred here from another location because this location is closer to my house. I got picked up on time, and the whole process took about 10 minutes, most of it done in the car. Quite convenient

We ended up spending an hour here just to exchange a vehicle that needed service. For a large part of that hour, there was only one person working, and while he was incredibly helpful and polite, he could only do so much. By the time we were finally helped, we could have driven home and back.
