Customer service is fantastic. Staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. They anticipated my needs & concerns because of the rain when I picked up vehicle - efficient service and no waiting. Love the weekend special. Great value at lowest price in town. Vehicles are brand new, clean and run well.

Called to obtain info on rental and it was so difficult to understand the man that we were not able to even communicate. Very strong accent. I asked to speak with someone else but he said there was no one else there. I decided to try another location.

I love renting from Enterprise as they are literally the only company that I can trust who won't screw you over or mislead you. The associate who helped me so was friendly and gave me an option of the cars available. The only issue was that the car wasn't that clean when it was given to me. Otherwise, great place to rent the car, close to the airport and cheaper to rent from here than the airport.

They are extremely unprofessional. Staff doesn't mind putting customers on hold for over 30 minutes without offering an apology for delay. Extremely disappointed with customer service of this location. Other enterprise locations are much better, I won't be returning to this particular one.

Everyone at the Whitehall location is great and I like having them as they keep things very personal and understanding.
