If you want buses that are on time, reliable and drivers with a  professional attitude, look elsewhere. Our organization rented three buses. Two showed up on time and of those two, the bus driver of one took an extended restroom visit. They left about 30 minutes late and the third bus didn't even arrive for another 20 minutes. When buses were to bring us home, they all were 30 minutes late. Drivers and management were​ unapologetic. I rarely give 1 star review, but Urban Express deserves less.

Happy with their services. Buses are very neat and clean and on time. Moreover staff is extremely helpful and polite. Will use them again definitely. Highly Recommended!!

It was terrible!,  We had a flat tire on the way to our destination and waited almost five hours until a person was sent to change the tire. On the way home the bus would not go over 18 miles an hour on the burm of the highway. It took 10 hours to travel 200 miles.  We finally stopped when the state police made our driver park the bus.  The company finally put us up in a motel for the night. Our driver was very courteous and patient through the entire experience

We ordered our limo a half a month before our event and were told we would receive a 16 person limo like we asked/paid for. Five days before our event we were told that they double booked our limo and we'd only be reciving a 10 person limo. All other limo companies were already booked, so 6 people's plans were ruined by the Urban Express Limo company. Would STRONGLY encourage using another company to rent a limo.

We had a terrible experience, out of the two buses we chartered they both arrived an hour late, one bus never made it out of the parking lot once load due to KNOWN mechanical problems. The other bus made it to our destination, however, the bathroom was broken and the smell became so bad that even the driver was getting sick. We changes buses at the companies hub and the second bus was worse then the first two. This buses windshield was separated from the frame of the bus and was moving when the speed increased or with gusts of wind. When the driver would not respond to my concerns I had to call the Ohio State Highway Patrol and had them pull the bus over for safety violations. The trooper was so concerned that he called in the Motor Carrier Inspector and he immediately deemed the bus Not Road Worthy and wouldn't let anyone drive it. He had to call family members to come and get us all since it was going to be over two hours before another bus was available. I am in the process of filing a Formal complain the PUCO office. My goal is to get them shut down or fined so much that they have to close.
