Do yourself a favor and just SKIP renting from budget! You have so many other options at this airport and USE them... In fact RUN to them. The staff caused my family so much headache and stress that was supposed to be a fun weekend and it got such a rough start! Really... I've never seen such a ride, unaccommodating company. They could care LESS about their customers.

I would NOT recommend this location or rental company to anyone...family and friends recommended other rental companies but decided to go with what I thought would be the best deal, Budget/Avis. When picking up the rental a gentleman was dropping off his rental at the service desk beside me. He was asking about overage charges that were added to his final bill that he felt were unreasonable and not true...little did I know that would be the case for me as well when dropping off the rental.  When arriving I was not greeted, just asked where the keys were, and the attendant was having trouble with his scanner and asked me to go to the booth to get checked out. The attendant at the booth handed over the receipt and I noticed a significant change in price than expected. I tried to explain to the attendant weather conditions are very ugly and I found myself driving in the middle of severe tornado warning. Which one of the attendants made a point to correct me and say it was only a sirens...there was not a tornado.  I am sorry but some of the staff is inhumane and rude. Using this company has been a first for me, the first time I felt the need to write a negative review and the first time I felt the need to talk to a manager.

Couldn't understand the person I got my car from so I ended up getting a upgrade I didn't want and was not a free upgrade. Half the staff was really nice half the staff is rude. Return process quick and easy.

Do NOT rent from here. I was originally offered a Chevy Malibu, which is fine. Good car, but I saw a Dodge Charger and wanted to upgrade. The lady at the desk said it would be a $125 upgrade, but she could get it down to $60. Great deal! I took it, but when I looked at what the charge was on my bank, it was $100. No big deal, maybe some extra fees? Sure enough, the receipt had a few airport fees and taxes. Still, not a big deal.

Overall, the car was great, though it did have an odd smell. When I turned in the car, that's where the real problems happened. After turn in, I was charged ANOTHER $255 of hidden fees! All of a sudden, it had airport fees and it was $75 a day for the car!? I was told $60 and thats what was on the original receipt.

I came home to visit my family for a few days as I have been away for several years due to military service and I'm dropped with hundreds of dollars in hidden fees. Not something I want to deal with in a time like this.

Do NOT rent from here. You've been warned.

WORST RENT A CAR EXPERIENCE EVER! I usually dont write reviews but this time i had to make other customers aware. This company has charged me more than what they billed me. I received a bill on $344 at returning the rental and few days after that my CC was charged $415. I called the phone on the bill to ask why and CSR was rude and gave me no information, told me to email my bill to some email address. I did and received automatic response that someone will get with me in 5 days, they never called me. Until today i have never received a bill on the amount they charged me, and dont even know what the extra charges are for. They do this to other customers as well but i got lucky to notice my credit card statement, most of their customers are not even aware of it. I had to close my credit card because i was worried they will try to charge me even more.
