Sorry to say, this was the second time someone has hit my car.  After a very bad experience with the other person’s insurance company, I was elated when I encountered the great customer service at Fine Line.  Laura was extremely helpful. Fine Line did a great job with the repair as well as the detailing of my vehicle. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of such service.

Unbelievable customer service... I had a comprehensive incident and the Fine Line members especially Victoria in my case took care more than what i was expecting. They set up the call & spoke to the insurance agents for the claim, arranged rental vehicle and took care of my vehicle completely. The great part is i had nothing to pay from my pocket as well!! Thanks for the service and I will definitely recommend my friends!!

Sadly had an accident and a bad damage to my car!
But Fineline guys especially Mike and Victoria did a nice job! Simply EXCELLENT! 
They take their time but did really well.

my car was hit by a neighbor of mine while it was parked i was recommended to fine line auto body by an employee name victoria she took good care of me got me a free rental my car was dented pretty bad on the left side and i have to say after seeing the results after the repairs i have no complaints they did an excellent job I know exactly where to go when my car needs repairs

Fantastic experience.  Aaron's staff communicated very well with scheduling and progress.  Fine Line did not nickle and dime us at all.   They helped us out as much as they were able.  They even gave my wife a rose to brighten her day.   Excellent services and customer relations.  Well well done.  Thank you.
