Worst we've ever experienced from Enterprise. We'v used Enterprise in the past, but this location is the WORST!!! They called me on a Wednesday to arrange bringing a SUV to a nearby body shop that was going to fix my wife's car. Well, they never showed up, the body shop called them and they never answered....so we drove over to get the vehicle. There was a woman there that had reserved a car as well that had been there 5 hours waiting for the car to arrive!!! Massive disorganization!!! One lady behind the counter felt it more important to be texting instead of helping the numerous customers in the lobby.

They are horrible I will never rent a car from them ever again. I rented a car and it had expired tags. Not just a month, the car had a 2016 sticker on there and we were in the month of April. When I talked to them they tried to justify the situation. Then they tried to tell me the car had dents and scratches that were already there and pointed out in the inspection when the car was first rented. They were very unprofessional and I will never in my life rent from them again. The people are Ghetto as well. No customer service skills.

They didn't have my reservation ready. Asked to me wait a few moments which turned into 20 mins.  After 20 mins., I was informed the car wasn't ready. So I left and returned in about an hour and the car wasn't ready  I finally received an upgrade for no charge.  And returning the car was way to long.  20 mins. to long.

While professional staff are a quality of almost all Enterprise locations, the staff here are by far the best. Friendly, accommodating, and customer focused, every experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

Though in the past I have been satisfied with the Tussing location in Reynoldsburg Ohio, my last couple visits were very upsetting. I reserved a car, got a call just before time to get the car, that they got rid of  it and had no more.... the timing loss cause me to miss my Aunts 70th birthday party. A week or so later, while at the counter we agree on the car I'd be driving, once done with the process, turn around and the rep says, they gave the car away and had a different one for me once it was done being cleaned.... 25 min later... yet the car smelled awful!! Cigarette smoked out.. shall I mention my 7 year old kid has Asthma. I mentioned it to Rep, he brought out a spray as a resolve, no resolve. I didn't have the time to travel elsewhere to rent so I was stuck in the unfortunate situation.
