I lost my keys, but luckily when I was at home. Right from the time I made the distress call for help and to the time I was back on the road, it was a painless experience. Most of all, it was aided by the very friendly staff at this location. The manager and the other personnel, are helpful, kind and considerate. This experience alone will push me to rent with ONLY enterprise in the future. Please give a raise or do anything to keep your staff at this location loyal to you! They are the reason you have a loyal customer in me! Good luck!

Made reservation online & completed all information that claimed to make actual pickup quicker AND it was just that- quick!  We did the walk around immediately after I arrived, the vehicle was waiting outside warming up.  Very impressed- in & out just like I like it.
5 stars not given only because I wasn't told or shown after hours drop off information.   so I parked the vehicle over night and had to come back the next day during business hours to drop the keys off.   other than that, great job!  I had stopped using Enterprise for some time because of poor customer service.  I'm impressed with the turn around

My initial introduction to the Enterprise was great the car they selected for me was a Ford Focus. Great on gas, enough space for up to 5 people, spacious trunk, and the price for a 5-day rental was underneath $200. The only reason why I don't give them 5 stars is, when I returned the car the guy who check me out at the service counter had snot on his shirt, he tried to play it off and say it was hand sanitizer but when he wiped it off his shirt it stuck to his fingers "Heller Gross"!!! Other than that it was a great experience.

I didn't have any issues picking up or dropping off the car. The ladies working were very friendly and provided me with great stellar service. I will definitely be coming back.

I've rented several vehicles from this location mainly because of the less than 2 miles from my home. They are usually fast and adequately staffed. Unfortunately the day I rented my last vehicle's wasn't a good day! I made my reservations on line and provided all of my information. Once we arrived at Enterprise they could not find my reservation and because I wasn't using a credit card, they needed a current bill. I asked if I could bring up my bill on my phone? One employee said yes, but another one said no😠 So I had to jump back into my car, drive back home just to get a current bill.. So mad. I drove back to the location only to be told by a 3rd employee my bill has a balance!!! WTH? I knew I had just paid the bill so it wasn't true. The same 3rd employee said I could pull my bill up on my cell phone!! Even after the 2 employee said I couldn't. Once I showed them my account he said he would get my vehicle.
     Unfortunately, my vehicle has been rented, given to another customer!! I explained to the customer rep I REALLY, REALLY needed my vehicle fast. I had a deadline to pick up items from an auction in another city!! I was in Columbus & needed to pick up my items in Cincinnati😡 The drive was 90 minutes and I had been waiting, trying to pick up my vehicle for a hour!! The 3 customer reps were helping other customers. And I had to WAIT another 15 minutes until a Customer Rep was able to finish my rental.
     Despite driving like an idiot to make the trip, I WAS NOT able to get to the auction and lost the items I had won!!!! This was the FIRST negative experience at this location. But I lost the items I purchased and that is UNACCEPTABLE!! There was NO CHANCE of a REFUND! It will take me some time before I go back to that location!! Very DISAPPOINTED!
