Called this location multiple times and got no answer, I was in a hurry and was trying to find out about getting a ride to where I needed to be in that area.  I was trying to return a vehicle.  When I got to this location I waited 10 minutes in an office with no reps at all.  When someone finally showed up, I was denied a ride because it was out out of their radius but somehow an Enterprise 1 and 1/2 mile away was in their radius.  This is nonsense!  So not only did time get wasted with me standing their listening to excuses as to while this was out of their radius by 4 different people that finally showed up,  I had to drive to the other location.  Not good business.

Stellar.  I use this Hyatt Enterprise branch periodically and have nothing but good to say:  professional, courteous, friendly, accommodating, prompt.  The only time I ever saw something go wrong was a day when several customers came in hours late to pick up their cars, not bothering to notify the office, which of course created an administrative traffic jam.  Even under such stressful conditions, imposed by others' thoughtlessness, the Enterprise folks kept their cool to an heroic degree.

I would like to recognize Enterprise Downtown STL at The Hyatt for excellent service, vehicles, and response time. I never have to wait, and I always count on them for my rental needs. It's a wonderful thing when you're greeted by your name. They always ask how did they do and if there is anything that could be done to improve. I give them all gold stars and let them know there is nothing better they can do. Keep up the great work! The staff is awesome!

Our experience working with Jesse downtown was fantastic.  We leased a car for about a year and she took great care of us. From the reminders each month to the quick handing of our paperwork the whole experience was wonderful. Great job Jesse.
