My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car is always a wonderful experience but this last time when I picked up my vehicle it was on E meaning empty gas tank which was not a problem but when I return the car I returned it with a half a tank of gas I did not try to I just couldn't get rid of it so when I said something about it I was told that I would get a coupon that I have not yet to receive one thing I do know is if I picked up a car that had a half a tank of gas and I bring it back on empty Enterprise would charge me for that I also just feel that that's gas that could have went in my own personal vehicle

It was amazing how professional the fellows were at The Enterprise Store at 9803 W Florissant Ave.....  

Everybody spoke as I entered the door, even the fellow who was waiting on someone else.  I really felt welcomed.  As a member of Enterprise Rewards, I felt that I was the prodigal child who just returned home.  I confessed to going to another rental company for a length of time, basically because of incentives they offered.  

Well, I decided to return to my first love,  The Enterprise Family.  

The Chevy Cruze was an excellent choice care, with the exception of the braking system, which gave some resistance when you apply pressure.  I immediately reported the problem and they guys said they would definitely get right on it. 

 Appreciated the good customer service.  I look forward to returning to Enterprise again real soon.

The Enterprise on 9803 West Florissant their employees have great customer service skills they're very friendly and they always help me out.
