The staff here was fantastic! They went above and beyond when it came to accommodating our family of six even letting us leave our rental in the parking garage until we needed it early the next morning. It is a little hard to find as it is located down the escalator below street level but the search is worth it!

The staff were very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and were very polite. There was a little bit of a wait when I picked up my car, but I arrived early and were some walk-ins ahead of me and a big convention was hosted at the hotel. I think the staff handled things as best they could and short staffing is likely a corporate decision. I would rent from them again.

All the personnel in my renting a car after I had a wreck were helpful
"A pick up" is what they do when they come to your site to bring you back to the office to complete the rental transaction.  I was concerned that I have enough trunk space to carry a food "hot box" ,and they accommodated my need on that issue.  I could not have asked for better service.  Hertz might make the site itself more attractive. One might think he/she was in a 'budget' rental space.  You can do better on that score, Hertz.

First of all, the counter is on the lower level of the Marriott hotel that's across the street from the convention center.  Take the escalator in the lobby down, then make a right...it's about 20 feet from there on the left side. 

Cars are in the garage across the street to the west, but they often have some on the street to the south of the Marriott.  This is inconvenient and you certainly can get lost if you don't know where you're going, but they give good directions.

I rent from here at least once a month and service is very professional. Rates are also very competitive.  Unfortunately some customers smoke in the cars, which can also have high mileage.  They are generally clean but I hate the smoke odor.

It's my number one place to rent a car downtown.
