The  business closed at 3 pm and had no drop box to leave the car. I had to drop off the car in St. Louis and charged an additional $50. It cost $25 to take Uber back to my hotel. I called and asked the rep to waive the fee. He said he couldn't. I explained that the associates at the air port location said he did. I asked if he had the ability to waive the fee. He responded that he had flexibility is certain situations. I asked for a simple yes or no but he continued to give me the same answer. After I continued to press for a yes or no answer he hung up on me. When I tried to call back he ignored all my calls. My girlfriend called on her phone and he answered immediately. He was screening the calls for my number.  That is an awesome example of customer service and intentional avoidance of trying to work with a customer to resolve a problem. I will never use Enterprise again.

Service was great from my entering the 2233 Washington Location to leaving. I was greeted with a smile upon coming through the door and had a short wait due to customers ahead of me. The team was very professional and helpful!  Outstanding service......

It was the worse experience I've had renting a car. They didn't have the car group I wanted to rent. The car I had to gotten was damaged, so they had to put in something else. They didn't offer an upgrade to one of the many cars that was available. The car I finally got a car & the sales person told me because it was 5:25 & they are about to close I couldn't get the car washed or cleaned out. If you're going to rent a car please come early!

They are nice but I didn't feel like they had an urgency to help me. Instead of offering me other car options they told me to go to a different location. I would have been ok with what they had.

I really loved the customer service I received. The young ladies and gentlemen are very personable. They get to know the regular customers and is always willing to assist. Each representative made my experience very enjoyable.
