Recently rented for a quick Trip to St. Louis and had no problems whatsoever. Rental agent were professional, courteous and the wait was minimal. Got our choice of a car to drive and there were no problems with the car, receiving the car, or returning the car. They even pointed out a gas station nearby to fill the tank. Convenient to both the airport and to where we needed to be. Also like that a spouse isn't charged extra to drive as some other rental companies do.

Seamless checkout and return process.  Very personalized as well.  The car was clean and the location was very convenient.  The short bus ride was not an issue at all.  Everyone I came in contact with was professional, polite and tremendously helpful.  This is in stark contrast to the experience I had the last time I rented from Enterprise in another city.  They tried to bill me for damage to the car that we did not cause.  After many phone calls and threatening with a law suit, they finally dropped the repair bill.I was very hesitant to rent from them this time, but did not have a choice.  I have to say this experience has repaired my trust in Enterprise.

Fast and efficient. The agent took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and helped thoroughly explain details and answer any questions I had. The vehicle was perfect for my needs. Very clean.

I am a long-standing Enterprise customer in Massachusetts where I live. On a recent trip to St. Louis I had an excellent experience with the staff at the Natural Bridge Rd. (Airport) location. From the shuttle service, to the car pick-up, to the return, the staff was friendly, professional and super efficient. Just the type of service I have come to expect from Enterprise.

Pretty big backup. Waited about 30 minutes in line...seemed understaffed. The 2017 impala lacked a backup camera, which seems unfathomable. It had Apple Car Play though. The lack of a backup camera tells me something about Enterprise as a company. Save a dollar doing that special build maybe? Finding a car w Apple Car Play and On Star and a 4G hot spot (not activated) that doesn't have a backup camera is an anomaly or a willful effort of placing a corporate bottom line over things that leave a lasting impression on customers. Cheaper car rental companies do it better. The overall experience says Enterprise thinks very little of their customers.
