So convenient to make a reservation online and just pick up the car the next day. One time I called them in an emergency and got a car right away! They also take my debit card for reservations (other agencies require a credit card that I don't have). Good people and good service! Highly recommend.

I rented a car from Enterprise on Coast Highway on the 14th of July to the 18th I'm returning the car I was charged over $100 for 3 days or 4 days of insurance that I told them I didn't want. I called to discuss this with them they never returned my phone call two weeks later no one's returned my phone call and I've called several times no one's returned my phone call customer service was horrible there and I think it was very rude and unprofessional of them to not to give me a phone call back. still to this day I have not heard from them but I will call corporate on this matter. Not saying all Enterprise rentals or bad but I will never refer any of my family or friends to the one on Coast Highway.

The Oceanside, Coast Hwy. Enterprise Staff is extremely cordial and warm.  
They insure quality service and has always met my expectations above and beyond my request.  

I Love renting from Enterprise, have been renting the past 3 years, because I've been out of the U.S. the last 2years 6months at a time.  Although this year, i ended up staying the whole year.  I am considering purchasing a car through Enterprise also in the near future.  

There is a young lady at this branch, her name is Alexandria, she is a gem and always is very sincere in her service to all customers.  

Thank you for my great rides these past years.

I had to get a rental car when bevaise my car was in the shop.They picked me up from the body shop/ collision center and were very helpful and friendly.
