The worst customer service I can't believe they have 4 stars. I rented a car and reserved it a week before. I called to confirm my pick up on the phone and they told me to come pick up the car Saturday at 1 pm. I asked if I could pick it up earlier around 10:30 and they said no come at 1 pm. I show up at 1 pm and the sign says we close at 12. I talked to the employees on the sales side and they tell me, " oh that happens all the time" 
So I got screwed, my trip got ruined because of their incompetence. Thanks enterprise.

Shout out to Enterprise for always taking care of their customers with the highest level of professionalism and understanding.  
A special thank you to Kati for always making sure I have a car to rent weekly and giving me the best possible rates and service.  
I've been renting from the vista location for over a year consecutively and have always been treated nice and with respect.  Definitely a customer for life.  
Thank you Kati and staff for taking care of me.

OMG this place is the best!!! That Chloe chick that works there is pretty rad. Some really ignorant lady was yelling at her when I went in and I was surprise she didn't pimp slap the lady in her mush mouth. Every time I stop by the whole team is absolutely on point I don't know how they deal with such annoying people all day every day I'm pretty sure Pope Francis is going to award sainthood to no less than half of the staff.
