I took a friend here because sadly his car died on his drive down to visit me, and he needed a rental for the week so he could get to work blah blah  blah... We got to Hertz and the reservation he'd made through AAA was all ready to go and Jeanie (not sure if that's how she spells it but oh well) was not only incredibly helpful in making the process easy and beneficial for him, she was also super nice! All in all - despite being in a bad situation overall, this part was made easy and pain-free for my friend. I now know why my dad only uses Hertz

We were confirmed that our rental would be taken to our hotel at 9am, we have called several times only once did they answer only to say that it was due to traffic. However , maps show a 9 min. drive to our hotel. Now due to their negligence we will be forced to pay an additional 2 days due to them messing up our schedule. Will not be using this company ever again! 10:20am still waiting and no answer .....
11 am came and no call no show, after 2 hrs they say we needed to call another location, yet in the background we could hear that our car had been given to another person, then we get hung up on, we call another location we get transferred to a manager who said nothing could be done, while on that call the store that hung up on us calls to tell us they had a car, by this time we had purchased plane tickets , so we asked to cancel, the girl just hung up on us.... boy do they love to hang up on people , PLEASE DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND DON'T LET THESE PEOPLE RUIN YOUR VACATION, D O NOT GET A CAR FROM INEPT,  INCOMPETENT,  JERKS AT HERTZ!!!!
