The personnel was friendly and there were no problems with the rental experience. My disappointment was that I received mixed messages concerning whether this business would pick up from a nearby body shop. When my insurance company contacted the business they ensured that pick up would be no problem, however this was a definite "no" when I called and spoke with the same person afterwards.

Last weekend we needed a rental car for an event we were participating in. When we arrived on site Ben was quick to attend us, and made sure we got the exact vehicle we needed once we explained out plans. The car itself was in perfect conditions and was a pleasure to drive, not to mention it fit all of our items without issue. It is so wonderful to get professional, adept customer service with a smile in today's business place. Thank you so much to Ben for making our rental car experience a very pleasant one. We won't hesitate to go back, and to recommend this location to our friends.

Convenient Hertz rental location when I need to head up north and don't want to swing south first to pick up my rental.  They have overnight parking for personal cars.  Service was friendly.  It's not quite as fast as using the gold board at the airport but it's darn close.

If I could give six stars I would. The manager, Ben, did everything right even though there were some serious issues with the rental. I would recommend this location over any other.
