Mike was so polite and made our pick-up easy.  Then we were greeted by Kevin who helped me. Kevin is amazing! Very easy to work with and did whatever he could to accommodate me. On the return of the car, Angelo was fun and very helpful. I did not encounter a single frown from anyone there. Just wanted us to be comfortable and happy with our experience and we were. We travel a lot and have rented from Enterprise for years and this was by far the best group of people.

I have been renting from Enterprise for nearly a decade and have always had a pleasant experience.  I tend to frequent the downtown Long Beach location as I live nearby. The employees are warm, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Bryan I'd give you a raise if I could.

If you need a car rental this is the only place to go! Each agent treats you like you are the only person they are serving the entire time. The rates are the best and getting a great vehicle is easy. Even trucks or SUV's are easily available for a reasonable rate. UPDATE: Still stellar service from everyone at this location. BEST LOCATION IN LONG BEACH TO RENT A CAR. BEST EMPLOYEES TOO....MIKE AND ALL THE FOLKS THERE ROCK!

I rent vehicles all over the country for my job, and this is my favorite location to rent from. Customer service is great and very friendly. I'm always in and out quickly with no complications. It is located conveniently in the middle of downtown but is still very easy to get to. I would highly recommend going to this location in Long Beach especially over the airport location, they can be a nightmare.

Made a reservation online then called to verify reservation and to schedule a pick up.Waited 2 hrs to finally got into a car an be able to start my vacation  I have been a enterprise car rental customer for well over 20 years and NEVER got a bad service in till this time and and this location.
