After a horrible experience with Hertz across the street, I finally decided to try Enterprise and I was not disappointed at all. They have consistently provided excellent service from the time the courtesy shuttle picked me up from my house to the time I dropped off the vehicle. I didn't have to wait too long during any part of this process and the staff seems well-trained to do their job. Hertz was slightly cheaper, but it's well worth it to not have to deal with them.

My local enterprise rent-a-car location is great! The staff is exceptional. Willing to go the extra mile to help out. I was in an accident (rear ended) and my car was in the shop. The insurance set me up with another company but they did not have anyone that could come get me because the person was "out to lunch" at the time. So the repair shop called enterprise and they came and got me, put me in a car right away. Very friendly with smiles on all the time. I definitely recommend them.

Needed a 7 seater people carrier to take the family around CA, Enterprise San Pedro upgraded us to an 8 seater SUV for the same price. Certainly a much more civilized experience than renting from LAX, no queues and excellent personal service. Would definitely rent from here again.

Very disappointing...legal shakedown after false advertising weekly rates.  If you select a standard cheaper auto on line. They explain to you when you get there your choices which fall in luxury class  automatically go there rates....

THEY will never obtain my Services again....
