I love this location. The people there are extremely nice and accommodating.  The manager Jacob is wonderful! Each time I rent a car he's so nice and very professional. I also had a nice experience with Chris and Eddie. I highly recommend this location. Even though they get busy they try to get you in and out pretty fast.

My wife picked up a car and on her way back there was a car jack in the middle of the road. Unavoidably, she had to run it over and it disabled the car. The Enterprise team on Redondo Blvd were amazing! I got the car towed (take the roadside, never know) and the Redondo team was at the front door within a half hour of me confirming the car had been towed. They provided us with a ride to the Redondo headquarters and within the hour, we had another vehicle! Great people, great service. By then, Jake knew me by first name which made everything that much easier, especially since we didn't think to bring any paperwork with us. Thanks to the Redondo team, our vacation went off without a hitch. When you have kids, that's definitely a bonus! Thank you for all you do for your customers. Enterprise will be my one and only because of it!

Stays crowded. I would suggest using a different branch unless this one is close to your home. Even upon doing a online reservation and call ahead to ensure your size vehicle is available, cars are given out on a first come first served basis. Staff there is cool

The service was outstanding. It was busy and it was funny watching Ms. Tiffany multi-task without missing a beat.  Mr. Jake was not even assigned to service me, but he went out of his way three different occasions to make sure that I was comfortable and being taken care of.  I was so impressed that I rolled my window down and told him as he walked in the pedestrian crosswalk.  We will definitely come back to this location when we rent another vehicle.

My experience with enterprise rental at the Gardena location on Redondo Beach Blvd has always been great....the customer service is phenomenal specifically with Mr. Jacob, Mr. Abraham, Ms. Co co, and Ms. Tiffany...awesome individuals!! They're consistant in there professional stature, very fluent in handling the customers accommodations.....all 4 need raises$.....I will continue renting from this location....
