Great prices. Great service. They picked me up and dropped me off. They text me when they were close by for the pick up. Staff was friendly, fast, and helpful. I didn't pay attention to it on their site, but the location also rents moving vehicles and equipment. Good to keep in mind.

I have driven by this facility for years thinking they only rent trucks. Imagine my surprise when I found they rent cars as well. The relationship since has been nothing but family. I am greeted by name and they make things happen for me. This is my preferred rental place. They treat me real good and so my loyalty remains. I am a Budget girl for life!

This is what happened to me today. A one day reservation made one month ago confirmed. I received a reminder yesterday for my reservation. Today one hour prior to pickup I'm called by the manager, RAUL, that due to a glitch in the system I don't have a car. I inquired about a solution and he said to call other locations. Thank God for Enterprise. RAUL should be demoted/fired. What's sad is I've used Budget for years, not anymore.
