This branch was so unprofessional. Worst customer service I've ever received. Branch "manager" Arianna preferred to gossip on the phone than to help a customer who was returning a car. When she was forced to leave her personal conversation to help me she spoke to me with pure unnecessary attitude.  With customer service reps like her Enterprise will go out of business. I left and returned the car to another branch just not to deal with Ariana rolling her eyes at me. Probably the reason they have no inventory because they are too lazy to check in a car that's already paid for.

Customer Service was great. Car was clean, ran great, and check out and in time was quick. Great place, friendly service.

This branch has no inventory.  I spoke with the branch over three days and never received a rental.  The staff lacks ability to follow up, follow through, and resolve my inquiries.  The staff lost my reservation.  The staff never called me back when they said they would.  The staff never emailed me my reservation confirmation when they said they would.  Every time I called the branch I got a different story from the staff.  The staff invented policies about contract renewals.  The staff is not empowered to assist customers.  The staff lacks ability to communicate proactively across branches.  The staff lacks ability to own a customer request.  After listening to a loop recording while on hold about how important customer service is to Enterprise I am very disappointed and frustrated.

I dropped off a car here that I rented out of state. That was plenty of parking available, and the front desk staff was very friendly. It's also an easy walk to the Orange Line.

Update: The car I rented never got checked in. I got an unexpected call four weeks later asking me to sign an extended rental agreement. Somehow the car ended up being towed from their lot so Enterprise assumed it was still rented. They were able to find the car and clear up the problem, but I will still probably use a different location in the future.
