rented a car I reserved ahead of time. Wanted a small car, which was not available. Was talked into renting a larger one for a fee. Next was offered to purchase gas ahead of time which will be waved if I return the car with a full tank. I did, it was not waved. I called and was told it was an error and it will be taken care of, but will take 3 business days. After 3 days got a $10 refund (rather than $32). At his point it was not worth my trouble. Car was fine, clean and well maintained.

Ive rented from here twice now and they are very professional!  I go here as the amazing agent Kara who always helped me at their other location now manages this one and it shows!  After she left the other location i had a less than stellar experience, found out she was here, and havent had anything less than a great experience every time!  Very fair prices, clean cars, reliable and reasonable people!

Every time I have to rent a car for business travels enterprise is my first choice.  I love how they facilitate the rental experience,  I was picked up from my job the staff was so professional and friendly had everything ready for me to go.

I love Enterprise's because of their customer service. Their "we'll pick you up" service makes renting a car convenient, they'll usually let you drop off the car at a different nearby branch if you prefer and the staff is always friendly! They also often run $12.99 weekend promotions which is a bargain!

Hey Enterprise Rent-A-Car Thank you very much for making my post rental issue so painless! Seriously that was customer service you can be proud of Will at the Commonwealth Ave store in Boston.
(This post is completely serious they did a rock star job dealing with my issue when I went in totally expecting to not be able to get anything moving.)
