If there were an option for a ZERO star or negative rating, this location has certainly earned it. This was absolutely the rudest place of business I've patronized in years. The clerk when I walked in mouthed off to me after asking my name, then promptly walked off stating she had an appointment. Her replacement strolled in minutes later with a completely condescending, standoffish attitude. Proceeded to tell me they refuse to honor the rental insurance I paid for when reserving online with some BS about how they are 3rd party and therefore only use their own insurance. This is exactly what a money grab looks like. After assuming I did not have the means to complete the rental, she begrudgingly verified my information and issued me a car that had literally JUST BEEN dropped off. I was approaching the lot when the driver dropped it off.  It was NOT CLEANED.  But if you note on the rental contract, it states you are liable if the car is not clean upon return.  So you will have to clean up after someone else or faces charges.  Best bet, take your business elsewhere. There are bound to be businesses that have better respect for paying customers that keep them in business. Will not be a repeat customer.

First time I rented had a bit of a problem and talked with a manager at the location named Kim this time when I went in I asked for her as she suggested I did and she not only made it right but put a big smile on my face and I will definitely be not only recommending this place for rental but I  will be back again.

This is the best place to rent a car in omaha. Even when issues arise they have always taken car of me. If your wondering where to rent . You have found it
