Horrible. Called ahead to reserve a car, but when I arrived to pick it up i was informed that my Dairyland insurance  was not accepted and neither was rental car insurance through a credit card. My only option was to purchase rental car insurance through Enterprise. This cost as much as the car rental. Since this doubled the cost of the rental (and was redundant because I am covered through my credit card) l I decided not to rent the car. I ended up renting a car from the Enterprise located at the airport. I had a good experience there and was not required to purchase insurance from Enterprise. Why this one location is forcing people to buy the extra insurance I don't know but I will never rent another car from this location. It was the worst car rental experience that I have ever had , I would recommend  avoiding this location if at all possible. The staff was rude though out, it's definitely not a place I will ever do business again. I have had good experiences with Enterprise in general but would highly recommend avoiding this location.

Last week I had some insurance repair work done on my car. After Hertz dropped the ball, Connor was there to make everything MUCH better. I had to come back the next day, but when I did he was there waiting with a car just for me. He made what was a tense situation so much better. He gave me his word and delivered on that promise. If you ever need to rent a car Connor is your man!

We asked for either a 4 wheel drive or a front wheel drive vehicle. They gave us an SUV with NEITHER 4 wheel drive or front wheel...not sure I would use this location again...Will give Enterprise one more opportunity to prove this was a blip in their service not the norm...

This was the first time ever using enterprise to rent a car from booking the appointment online to going to pick up the car was all very easy and convenient the employee that checked me in Connor had amazing customer service he was very informative. Answered all the questions I had and more would highly recommend that enterprise location

Although I really disliked the Hyundai that I rented... That's absolutely not their fault. Thomas gave absolutely wonderful service. When I first went in to pick up my rental car because my car is in the body shop there were like 4 people in line and I assumed that I would be there for an hour. Thomas is very friendly, quick and professional. They literally had me out of there within about 20 minutes... Help carry my stuff to my car and showed me all the features on the car that I would need to know about. Great work guys, thanks!
