Reviews

Sometimes they get busy (popular business!) and the customer has to wait longer than expected.  I suppose that speaks well for the business model but it makes for increased frustration on the part of the customer who has to wait so long to be served.  On the bright side, the manager went "above and beyond" to earn my respect when I had issues with the car I rented.  Big "Thank you!!" to him.

I do not recommend Enterprise.  They charged me $250 without any notice, and then when I called they said it was for the damage waiver on my car, which I did sign.  But I got NO notice at all they would be withdrawing money from my account.  AND they already did this when I first got my rental car.  They charged me $195 without giving me any notice.  Very upset with their lack of communication and explanation of how things will work.

Arrived on a Friday morning and was pleasantly surprised to have gotten a free upgrade. The new Jeep Compass was excellent. The service at Enterprise was top notch. I would recommend to others.

People were nice first time renting a car ,I was charged about double of what I was quoted,I didn't know anything about all the different insurance charges I was being charged with ,they never told me I could opt out of them, didn't even know about all of them ,anyways lesson learned ill go somewhere else next time

These guys are great! Excellent customer service and very clean cars. We got a great deal on a short notice rental. I highly recommend this enterprise location!
