Polite guys and decent pricing, but they called less than 2 days before my date to cancel due to cold weather. I understand a policy to not operate in bad conditions, but this weather has been forecast for several days now. Canceling last-minute is very stressful for customers that were relying on that truck to move.

If you really need it, don't count on this place. Made a specialty reservation months in advance, they called 2 weeks ahead to cancel it.
