If I could give a zero I would! I worked as a manager for property for 10 years and loved and treated my customers like family. 
Enterprise needs to fire or give a serious work warning to Michael I don’t even know where to begin with him or the other gal working there. It’s so sad someone could hold a job working with any type of customer with this bad of service! If you have a bad experience after you read this just don’t be surprised these people have zero respect for anyone calling and I don’t think they want to help anyone either very sad because they are inside of Dingmans auto repair and it also reflects them and I won’t want a car repaired their simply because enterprise is linked to them.  Very very frustrating and frustrated.

Not sure why other people gave these guys a low score.  They were super awesome, very professional and nice.  It's a smaller operation but definitely recommend to anybody.

Worst customer service I have ever had at enterprise I will never use enterprise again reserved a suburban yesterday. I was told a debit card would be sufficient to get the suburban by a certain employee down there went in today and the same guy told me that a debit card  would not be accepted to rent the suburban I have to have a debit card I can only get a minivan you young man need to get your story straight and I think you should be fired I have used enterprise for years and have spent thousands of dollars on your company and after this rental is done I WILL NEVER USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN YOU HAVE LOST THOUSANDS OF MY DOLLARS COMING TO YOUR COMPANY
