I wish I could give ZERO stars. I had an unfortunate accident that required my care be in the shop for several days. The driver's insurance, State Farm who has been awesome might I add, scheduled a rental for me at Hertz. When I called the West Omaha location they told me they couldn't have a car delivered to the shop in time for me to get to work. So they scheduled it for this location. I called and Austin at this location assured me it would be delivered to the shop by 8 am. When it wasn't there the shop called and Austin seemed to have temporary amnesia and couldn't remember that he had made a promise to have a car there on time.  It appears form other reviews they don't deliver on their promises. I'd avoid them like the plague.

Not much to pick from, just a bunch of cheap economy beaters.  I rented 3 this year.  Last one smelled like a wet dog in an ash tray.  Procedures are not too difficult to reserve, I feel they milk your insurance for all they can get and stick you with a base model compact.  Should've bought a bike.

Watch out everyone, on this place they charge for an insurance that you did not agree to get. We went to get a car because my husband was involve on a car accident and insurance paid for the rental car, my husband just sing for the agreement of taking a deposit of $ 50 for assurance we return the car fuel of gas and we did, and a week later we got charge for $270 for it. So do not got to this place, do yourself a favor but if you choose to go here READ EVERY SINGLE THING BEFORE YOU SIGN. They are a FRAUD.

First time renting a car was one month ago for business. I had a very pleasant and hassle free experience. Rented again a couple weeks ago to get me to and from work while I was without a car- again had a great experience! Very friendly, helpful, & patient staff (Dean is great!) This will be my go to location for future renting needs as well. Cars both times were very clean and mechanically sound. Just took a little bit getting used to them, but that's typical.

They treat me well always have a clean reliable vehicle that I rent from them, but they always try to upsell you so you've got to watch that other than that I would rent from them anytime I have gotten 5 rental vehicles from them no problems at all , the only problem I have with Hertz rental car company is there's not enough of them out there and they do close early 6 p.m. That doesn't make sense so if you need a car make sure you're there before 5
