I will never rent from them again! After renting twice within this past month at 144th and Industrial, I’ve had 2 bad experiences with today topping it off. They sold the car I was renting so called me to return it and then had no other car to replace it. As a “convenience I didn’t have to fill the tank back up to the 1/8th of a tank they provided. The place is filthy, rude and condescending employees. The Asst. Manager Mike says one thing then argues because he doesn’t know the policies, then has to back pedal when his employee contradicts him. Poor customer service however went to Avis on 84th and Q! Clint was top notch and very accommodating!

NEVER EVER EVER RENT HERE!!! I Showed up on time to pick up the car that I had reserved weeks in advance. When I got there they informed me that they had no cars left. Not a single one. The man at the desk did not seem to care at all that they had given my car away. He informed me that the soonest he could get me a car was in three days. This did not seem like it was out of the ordinary for them. Vey unprofessional very disrespectful. I will never rent from enterprise ever again in my life.

Terrible customer service. I made my reservation three weeks ahead of schedule due to my car being in the repair shop attached to Enterprise.

I reserved a mid-size sedan...and instead got a 3-door Hyundai Veloceter (which should be more accurately named the Hyundai Blind Spot). 

After driving this car two miles, I realized that driving this hunk of junk for the next week would not be possible. I called Enterprise (spoke to Joe) to ask for a replacement, and their response was that they were out of cars and that I should just call around to other Enterprise locations and see if they had any other vehicles.

I called another Enterprise and found an available mid-size (it took me about five minutes of effort) for $60 cheaper.

I called Joe back to ask if they could arrange to have my new car there at their location, and he said they couldn't do that.

So I said I was going to another rental agency, and he couldn't have cared less.

Avoid this location if at all possible.

Called to reserve a car, the gentleman that answered was extremely short.  As he was gathering my information, I asked about a specific car and said I didn't want to waste his time if they didn't have it, sure enough they didn't have what I wanted and he rudely and sarcastically responded "nope no time wasted here".  My business will be going elsewhere.

Booked my reservation about 1 week in advance. When I showed to pick up my rental at the scheduled 5:00 PM pick-up, I was informed that they had been oversold since 9:00 AM.  I was not contacted in advance, which would've been sincerely appreciated so that I could've found alternate accommodations rather than being  unexpectedly "stranded."
