I got stranded near by when my car broke down 3+ hrs from home on a trip.  The manager was awesome!  I had talked to three different places trying to find a car, since it was in the middle of spring break.  Enterprise made sure I had a car and would be able to keep it long enough to get home and back to get my vehicle once it was fixed.

Enterprise for me is very convenient with a couple of locations close to my home. You definitely pay for that convenience. I also find that the car I get is somewhat random based on what they happen to have at the time vs what I might have reserved. Sometimes that works in my favor with an upgrade.

I ended up in a rental car recently while my actual car is going through some work at the dealer. The rental car ended up having some sort of issue. It died through an intersection and I was having a weird problem where it was struggling to start. I went to this location and we pretty frustrated with what I was dealing with. A man named Phil took care of me. He put me in a car that was so much better. I appreciate you Phil. Thank you for taking care of my problem. I didn't thank you enough while I was there. I hope this reaches you. You had me at "My name is Phil" and shook my hand.

Ryan was friendly and accommodating. When there was a concern about my initial ride he upgraded me to a larger car. When dropping it off I didn't wait a minute. He drive me home. When needed, I'll definitely go back!

After I was on the road I discovered the radio didn't work.  I called the branch I rented the car from and after several minutes of discussion they offered to turn on the satellite radio at no charge but after several attempts this didn't work either.  I had to drive for 6 hours without a radio to help pass the time.  They did offer to have me stop at another branch and change out the car but I was headed for a conference and didn't have the time to do this.  When I returned the car to the branch another staff member checked me in and seemed to know that this particular car had an issue with the radios but when I called it was as if they had never heard of this problem.  Frustrating.  Otherwise service is normally very good.
