This place clearly needs more staff.  I waited over 45 minutes to pick up my car that was already reserved with my insurance agency. There was only 1 guy working. I counted 5 employees working on the “sales” department who said they don’t work with rentals. A customer who was here the day before said he had to leave and come back because, again there was only one guy working the rental counter (same guy). It’s not the fault of the one employee. He was very nice, but the management needs help! Hire more people!

If I could give a zero I would. Renter beware. Horrible service. Rented a car that was to have "just came from the service center" only to end up having to purchase another tire to replace the one they put me on the road with...3 plugs in the sidewall of the tire. ILLEGAL. Guaranteed a full refund and now will not contact me, nor have they paid for the tire I purchased. Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere for a rental or take your life into your own hands!

Very unorganized. I asked for specifics with my rental
 Didn't get them. Got there, they had rented the vehicle I was renting. Had to wait for them to wash another one, clean it, and go put gas in it. Asked for navigation. Didn't get it. Then was told after I had been there twice  and was home that I could get it for another fee. Not happy at all with the service. Oh!! The water we where given while we waited was cold. The End.

The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. I have rented from this location twice and their problem seems to be understaffing, especially during peak hours. During my last pickup the two people working that morning had six customers in their small waiting area. On top of checking out the customers, the phone was ringing off the hook and they were cleaning and inspecting the outgoing vehicles. I had to call back a few times to remind them to send me stuff, such as an email confirmation and receipt, but I can't blame them for not following up on these tasks when they are so busy.

Professional yet warm and friendly. Very knowledgeable and make you feel like you're the only person they're helping. They make a nervous decision very easy. I highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a car.
