The price quoted through Hot wire and while I was at Budget both were $24.10. I dropped the car off, gas tank full,  not dirty, returned early, and not a scratch on the thing and was charged just over $100. I realize the rate is an estimate and there are a few taxes/fees that may not be in the quote,  but $100 is much larger then $24. The budget rep was of no help and basically said it's on me to try to get a refund. She said she would call customer service,  but said she got too busy. That's horrible customer service. Don't promise me something you can't give. This will be the last time I will use hot wire or budget.

I dislike car rental places but this one made the experience a little more pleasant than most.

This location is terrible they have one jack ass named Charlie Allen working here and never anyone else you will wait forever and never get what you paid for. Let me give you an example. Showed up for a full size suv rental and was told you car is dirty sir blaming it on the other office that dropped it off. Okay.. WTF isn't it your responsibility to clean the car before I get here. Not only was it dirty it was a new sequoia dented and crumpled fenders all over the place l was embarrassed driving it. Charlie has no clue how to work the computer systems he had to place 10 calls for assistance during my transaction. He was rude and unapologetic and could care less whether you have a good experience here go somewhere else I will never rent here again.
