I have been with Priority for almost 8 years, I have bought multiple vehicles and had to deal with service in both Toyota and Nissan. I have never been pleased or satisfied with the service until my last two visits. Ashley Robertson at Nissan is a blessing. I have always had issues with getting my vehicle serviced with or without an appointment, I met Ashley and everything became extremely simple. She brought me to happy tears when I picked up my vehicle this evening and it had been vacuumed as well as washed!!  It may not mean much to most people but to me it meant more than words can explain. I work 90 hour weeks and barely have time to even think much less get the extra things done that need to be done. She truly went about and beyond. I couldn't possibly thank her enough. Priority needs more people like her!

I just purchased my fourth vehicle from Priority, and my wife and I couldn't be any happier. Ginger Jenkins was extremely helpful and did everything she could to get us what we wanted. I talked to Ginger during the week and she had the exact car my wife wanted ready and waiting for us at our appointment on Saturday. This was our best car buying experience.

I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Priority Nissan and this experience, just like the other two, was flawless.  Everyone - EVERY.ONE. - there treats you like royalty.  No judgment for less-than-stellar credit or lack of down payment.  They work really hard to make sure things go smoothly and you are not inconvenienced.  Why I ever bought my last car from another dealership, I'll never know.  No place compares to Priority Nissan!

I never thought I would say this about buying a car... I absolutely HATE car shopping...but If I could, I'd give my experience 5+ stars!   Ginger, at Priority Nissan in Chester, was absolutely AMAZING! We went out just to look and see what might be available in my price range, expecting to get an older car with high mileage, after checking out other places, we stopped at Priority just to look around. I never dreamed I could get the deal I got! As a matter of fact, while she was away looking for cars that fit my preferences and requirements, I told my boyfriend I felt bad for wasting her time, because there was no way she could find what I wanted in the range in wanted to pay. Needless to say, I was shocked! She came back and said "I have the car for you, and its in your price range!" I truly didn't expect much. Imagine my surprise when she led me to a 2016 with very low mileage, great price AND the Priority lifetime guarantee that covers the transmission, engine and free inspections and oil changes for as long as I own the car! If you are considering a Nissan, no matter how far you have to drive, I highly recommend Ginger at Priority Nissan in Chester. She's friendly, upbeat, works hard to find the car you're looking for in your price range, and she doesn't play the usual car sales games that I ran into with all the other dealerships.

Priority Nissan is a excellent dealership.  Bought 2 cars within the year and the sales part of it is none that I've experienced before. The service department is great as well. Any issue that I had was taken care of. I'll never go to any other dealership again. With Priority,  they really show that you as a customer are a priority.
