I was very pleased with my rental experience at RNO Enterprise. All the employees encountered were extremely polite and helpful.  The pickup and drop off of vehicle are directly in front of terminal. Easy walk to check in. My vehicle was exactly as requested and was brand new only 5 miles on odometer. Great Experience. Thanks.

As a new Plus client, customer service helped me add a previous rental to my new Plus account. Very happy with Enterprise. Also, I joined Enterprise because of their stance regarding the NRA. Thank you for protecting students and not guns.

Great service and easy pick up and return despite some challenges with the computer reservation system. The staff was unflappable and handled the challenge of handwritten paperwork very professionally. We were very impressed with their composure and concern for getting us on our way. How staff handles unforeseen circumstances says a lot about a company. Your Reno desk the week of Thanksgiving should be complimented for their excellent service.

Fantastic rate, hundreds of dollars lower than competitors. We got an upgrade to an Armada at no extra cost. There were no lines at the airport for pick up or drop off. Polite, super-friendly staff. Could not have enjoyed the experience any more than we did!

Very happy with the excellent service I received at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Reno / Tahoe Airport location. It amazed me how quickly everything was taken care of and I was on my way. The staff at the check in counter as well as those at the Kiosk were friendly and helpful. Upon returning the car the staff was also very friendly and took care of me within minutes of pulling in. I would definitely highly recommend Enterprise at this location to anyone.
