Carson location is great and managment is awesome. Cannot say the same for other locations though.

Checked online 5 days prior to the rental date, and Hertz offers a "pay right now" option which saves 30%.  thought the discount would work just the day before i needed the car, but it doesn't, so you really have to commit ahead of time.  Still, it was the best deal for the Carson City area, and they are open Mondays too, so it was an easy return.  Add one star if they change the reservation to allow the discount to happen online the same day of the pickup.  Car was great, 35mpg, and no hassle about the little dings and scuffs.  Would definitely do it again

Made reservation online and everything was great. Once I arrived at the location to get the rental car I noticed that there were only 3 cars in the entire lot. I have the employee my name and she said that she didn't have any cars available. I explained that I had made my reservation online and she proceeded to tell me that I should have called instead. She then stated that she would call me if anything became available but I have not received a call. Very disappointed! I highly recommend enterprise. They had a friendly staff and even upgraded our vehicle for a very minimal charge!
