The people that work at this location a super helpful and nice and they have great attitudes. They provide a great rental experience. Kira was particularly helpful and set me up with a better vehicle than I expected when they didn't have what I wanted available. I will come back here for any future rental needs. This place saved me! I had an extremely important meeting they made everything quick and so easy! From pick up with Rich to rental with Zack and Luke. Even bringing the car back was a breeze! Kira handled everything so quickly! I didn't even have to move my car seats! Bruce drove us home and even held conversation the whole time. A little pricy but definitely worth the customer service. Thanks guys!

Good service and friendly. The main problem was in Reno you NEED to have low temperature windshield wiper fluid. The car was also smoky and dirty, but I can deal with that. 

I got a Chevy Traverse and not a basic car because the weather was supposed to be bad, then I was driving half blind once the snow started. I had the car about a week during the worst conditions of the year. I added a picture of how it looked during the day when it was barely snowing. It was so much worse at night when it was 10 degrees.

Very quick and easy.  Someone ran into the side of my car and was getting fixed.  Enterprise picked my up at the auto body shop and took me back to the rental car business.  They didn't have the intermediate car, so they upgraded me.  Very quick and easy.  I just dropped the rental off at the auto body shop and everything was taken care of. Couldn't ask for better service

This location is super friendly and the staff is really nice a courteous, they are a total life saver. My family has been renting with them for over a decade and I'm going to continue to choose them.
