When they are busy or short staffed, there can be a bit a bit of a wait. Still...consistently good service. No car issues to speak of. Generally comfortable intermediate class cars...though we do get the upgrades most of the time. 

After 4 years of exclusively renting from Enterprise (in CT and Colorado), we are pleased with this company and this store in particular.

We were also able to leave our car overnight without issues.

Recommended.

This is my second time renting a car at Enterprise in New London, CT and it may be my last. I was very satisfied with the office paper work, but, no one showed me anything about the car. I was lucky to find the headlights and was left to figure out the wipers. Everything in the car functioned the opposite in most other cars I have driven. The car doors froze shut the first night. I will remember NOT to rent Ford again.

Good customer service. Very nice agents. I can not tell anything bad. It was a very good experience.

II had a great experience here. When I got a flat tire, they quickly exchanged the car for another. They also upgraded me. I would highly recommend them.
