The customer service was great. However, when we mentioned that the car was full of dog hairs, a dirty toothpick in cup holder, ashes in front cup holder, and smelled of cigarettes, nothing was done. I called immediately after they dropped the vehicle off and let them know. Vehicle clearly unacceptable.

Always accomodating. Cars are always clean and comfortable. Fast and friendly service. No hassels no games very upfront and transparent with everything.

Be careful with the new guys managing this place...Riley specifically. I rented a car last week and while I asked what’s the latest I need to return the vehicle on Saturday (I was hoping for a couple of hours grace period at the max) but he mentioned I have till Sunday 4:30 pm. I was surprised and checked again because it seemed too good to be true. But Riley specifically mentioned that I wouldn’t be charged extra money for returning a day later, because in his words “I had till Sunday 4:30 pm to keep the vehicle”. I didn’t think much of it, because I brushed it off to some weekend special or something (my mistake). And they went ahead and promptly charged me for the extra day. When I called up just to ask if there was a miscommunication about the late return, I had a frustrating experience explaining it to the condescending lady who first took my call, didn’t want to understand the problem and then passed the buck to the man of the hour, Riley himself. As expected, he went from pretending to listen, to throwing around the terms and conditions to defensive statements such as not remembering the conversation or saying that there is no way he could’ve made a mistake. I have rented from the Groton branch before and the staff has always been decent, but the new front desk staff definitely seems hell bent on messing that up. The manager needs to be accountable for mess ups due to his miscommunication and based on my interactions, he has no intention of doing so. The stellar attitude is no doubt rubbing off on others whose job is supposed to be customer service. Defensive attitude, poor communication, non competitive prices and apathetic customer support...not worth it..I can go to avis, at least prices are lower.

Really clean car, fast service, and the manager upgraded us when our original car wasn’t ready. Highly recommended.
