I've rented from this location twice recently. Staff is friendly and personable. The 2nd car we used the great weekend rates promotion not sure if theres any correlation but the car they gave us smelled of cigarettes so bad and we don't smoke so that was a little disappointing. We did have the vehicle during the snow storm and they were accomodating by allowing us to keep the car an extra day no charge which was very nice. But speaking of charges it seems there are always extra/hidden charges somewhere and the bill is never what I expect it to be. I also never received a receipt for either times renting, even after calling to request one be resent.

Mystic Enterprise is awesome. The staff (Zack and Lindsey) are so immensely helpful, friendly and patient. I've rented from them dozens of times, and have never had a bad experience. Convenient location, too! Keep doing what you do, guys - you have a life-long, loyal customer here - thanks!

They never have any cars available on the lot! The reservation guy says there are but then you get there and none are available! But the people inside the place are nice
